First and most importantly, as part of this partnership extension there is no change to your employment status because of this partnership.

More specifically, you will continue to:

• Stay on the hospital payroll
• Keep your current benefits
• Maintain your current role and pay

Your day-to-day work supporting your location will continue as it does today. As this partnership begins, Compass Healthcare will work alongside hospital leadership to learn and support the operations, and get to know the teams who do this important work every day.
